Lead Service Technician

Key Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in construction, carpentry, or a related field is preferred. Industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in exterior home remodeling or a similar field. Proven track record of leadership or project management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools, ladders, and equipment is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of windows, doors, and siding installation and repair.
- Ability to diagnose issues and execute, effective solutions.
- Customer Service Skills: Good communication skills to interact with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

- Teamwork: Comfortable working alone or collaboratively in outdoor settings, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to quality.

Installers
We are looking for experienced window, door, and siding, installers. Ideal candidates must have their own tools, truck, and trailer, and be ready to tackle projects with precision and professionalism. This opportunity is perfect for those who take pride in their workmanship and enjoy the independence of managing their own tasks and schedule. Service Technicians
We’re seeking candidates to fill Service Technician positions. In this role, you’ll visit customer homes across our service area to perform warranty repairs on windows, doors, siding, and handle various other tasks as required.
The ideal candidate should be proficient with using basic hand tools, such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers, saws, and ladders. Must have a valid driver’s license, good time management skills, at least some experience with exterior home remodeling, strong communication and customer service skills. Comfort while working independently while outdoors is essential.

Sales Representatives
This position involves engaging with homeowners as potential clients in Porter and Lake County. You will be offering products such as windows, roofing, siding, and more. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships, good attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed. A background in home remodeling or construction sales is a plus, but not required.
