Our Story
Since 1927, Three Generations
Kraz Construction was founded in 1927 in Hamlet, Indiana. Originally established as a homebuilding company, Kraz built homes throughout Indiana and Illinois. In 1979, as mortgage interest rates reached historic highs, the company strategically shifted its focus to home improvement services—an area that has remained the foundation of Kraz’s success ever since.
Today, Kraz specializes in windows, siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, gutter protection, doors, attic insulation, roofing, and fencing.
For more than 40 years, Paul Kraszyk—a third-generation owner—has led Kraz Construction with a continued commitment to quality and customer service. The business began with Paul’s grandfather, who built homes across the Chicagoland area, and was later expanded by Paul’s father from the company’s Valparaiso, Indiana location. Now, more than 90 years after its founding, Paul proudly owns and operates Kraz Construction from its corporate headquarters in Highland, Indiana.
In 2012, Paul Kraszyk returned to his roots of home building expertise and founded Kraz Co. Builders LLC. This entity focuses on building water-front homes in surrounding neighborhoods of Boca Raton and Lighthouse Point, FL.
Continuing the company’s expansion, in 2018 Paul Kraszyk partnered with longtime Sales Manager Joe LeLoup to launch Florida Window Geeks LLC, headquartered in Cape Coral, Florida. Created to meet the growing demand for premium window and exterior home improvement solutions, Florida Window Geeks proudly serves homeowners throughout the greater Southwest Florida region. The company has established itself as a trusted name in the Florida market.

Paul Kraszyk founds Kraz Co. Builders LLC in Florida.
2018
Florida Window Geeks LLC is launched in Cape Coral, Florida.
