Key Qualifications:

• Education & Certification: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in construction, carpentry, or a related field is preferred. Industry certifications are a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in exterior home remodeling or a similar field. Proven track record of leadership or project management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, ladders, and equipment is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of windows, doors, and siding installation and repair.
